I’m self-employed, and 2025 had one of my best starts in 18 years of business. 2026 is one of the worst starts in my history. January can be hit if miss, but February is usually pretty good, and March is always one of my best months. Tomorrow is the last job on my schedule, and I have nothing beyond that until the Fall. I’m talking to other small biz owners, and they’re saying the same thing.

Economic indicators always lag by a few months, so the rest of the world is going to find out in a couple months what those in the trenches, like me, already know - we’re already in a really bad economic situation.

And it won’t get better until somebody in power starts admitting it, and committing to fix it. I don’t see that happening anytime soon.

They’d get a B&W if they could), and it just started something new - on start up, it now shows a static page of color wash, then you choose a channel. It doesn’t start on the same channel you turned off last night. Must be a new update came through. She let it sit on the screensaver all day, because it never occurred to her to try to change the channel.

I just saw a study that said if Trump continued on at this rate, he will be responsible for 55% of the national debt. And that was BEFORE the Iran War.

When we get these psychopaths out, and start to rebuild, we already know that they’ll suddenly get fiscally conservative, and they’ll pretend to be concerned about spending.

When that happens, just take theirs away. THEY are responsible for the debt, so if it bothers them so much, they should be the ones to make the sacrifice to pay it back.

There are already Sociopathic Oligarchs whose fortunes dwarf the GDP of many small countries. You are assuming they’ll be challenging superpowers, but they don’t need to do that.

All they have to do is conquer a small nation, probably an island, that NOBODY is going to defend beyond a chewing out, and they’ve been chewed out before.

So then they control a place like Madagascar, or Papua New Guinea, or whatever, and it’s doubtful that the rest of the world will go against them, especially when all the Oligarchs in those countries warn their bought and paid for politicians to stay. Besides, a consortium of Trillionaires can buy off any country that objects.
