6·4 days agoI just recently upgraded from my OG Vive because I didn’t want an inside out tracking or wireless, but… let’s see what the price is and if the thing is actually as good in real world conditions as Linus makes it look. I might just try those pancake lenses (because the Vive Pro 2 lenses are bad).
And yeah, I will never give Meta money. Not directly, and indirectly as little as I can.
Take some LSD. It’ll make everything seem unimportant for a while, but then reality comes back into focus. You realize you still have to go to work, appointments still need to be kept and you still have to get along with people you don’t like. Dying in 30 minutes is very different from living for another 50 years.
It’s a comment on humans exploiting each other to the maximum for personal gain.

Had an external PM who was given an inflated version of a technical document of mine. He called and you could hear the ??? over the phone. He said we already have the go-ahead, no need to sell it to him again. I offered to send him the original version and he happily accepted.
