Ah this brings back memories. I was lucky enough to see them live in 1993. Thanks for posting.

In Dublin. It was in what was called The Point at the time and is now The Three Arena. It was honestly the best concert of my life. I was 17 at the time, was near the front the whole time and the energy in the crowd was just incredible.

Edit: They were due to play here again on the day the news broke of Kurt’s suicide. I still have the ticket for that put away somewhere.

I always forget that sarcasm doesn’t work on the internet. I just tried to make a joke.

Sarcasm does not translate well in text, its got nothing to do with the Internet in general, tone and inflection are essential to conveying sarcasm, and neither are available through text.

Next time Mark it with “/s” and it will save you some time.

Adding /s won’t save me some time, I already know it’s sarcasm, it’ll save you time to understand an obvious and stupid joke.

So are you posting for you or for us? Because from that statement you just sound like you’re posting it for yourself.

Also it’s a bad joke if people don’t get it and you have to explain it, that’s why internet etiquette exists and why you should have used the “/s”, because we can’t read your corny ass mind over the Internet to get your lame joke, and we shouldn’t be expected to.

Anyone who needed an /s to realize it was sarcasm is slow as fuck. Some things are just too obvious.
