The Norwegian police have detained Andrei Medvedev, Former Commander of the Wagner Private Military Company (PMC), who had previously fled from Russia to Norway and asked for asylum, while attempting to illegally cross the border with Russia.

I think that’s the guy who also had a bar fight there(I might be wrong).If he believes that he might be extradited to Ukraine, I think he has reasons to believe so. He was in russian military, serving in PMC Wagner(which is/was voluntary). He can tell the stories about how fluffy and innocent he is, but he went to Ukraine because he wanted to.
