Big blow for Canada, playing the Copa America in the US would’ve been great preparation for the World Cup they’re gearing up to co-host

An embarrassing lack of effort in the second half. Canadian players didn’t even begin trying until after Jamaica’s second goal.

My goodness, Canada’s (interim) manager is horrible. No tactics, no strategy, doesn’t play 5 at the back when we’re up 2 on agg and subs off our forwards minutes before we need goal to win… smdh

Feel like Jamaica NT could improve so much with the mixture of concacaf and conmebol teams. Players with Dual Nat would love playing those SA teams.

Even by our standards that was historically bad. The penalty was the icing on the cake. Oh well we go again in March, hopefully Mexico can come back so we can play T&T

Hats off to Jamaica for finishing their chances.

Probably one of the more frustrating Canada losses. It’s clear that Biello didn’t have anything of value to provide at HT if the team came out that flat and that disjointed in the second half. Subs were not good. It’s time the program moved on from Osorio and Kaye and tried something different in the middle. We’re not playing to our level and it’s painful to watch this team nearly evaporate on Saturday and fully evaporate tonight.

The most frustrating thing is that it’s entirely possible we lose our play-in matchup as well and miss out on Copa, which would leave us no doubt with empty international windows or playing such pointless friendlies that they provide nothing of any real value. All because we can’t come out into a second half and hold a lead for 45’
