They’re not really engaging in good faith here…
Gosh someone has a temper.
VTC was always federated with the other servers.
I mean it’s a pretty influential instance since that’s where the lead developers reside. It would be pretty normal for everyone using lemmy to have them “live rent free in their heads”
the DARVO reaction featured in #3 seems kind of needlessly extra.
One fine example of such:
It was a long saga of me documenting a few examples of his problematic views on issues, then followed by him reacting strongly towards the reception. He has sent me a group invite on matrix before shutting down the instance which I declined because of the disrespectful language he has used towards me in the past.
VTC has defederated from Lemmy.world, Lemmy.ca and SJW for being “too right-wing”
The user Hamid wont be pleased being discussed on !fedilore@lemmy.ca again.
Here are some links and screenshots for context on the whole situation:

Now all 105 users are instanceless…
Oh the travesty!
The tankie triad is going to have an extra chip on their shoulders these upcoming days.
Rip that one drone that got melted by the flame.
The world should pay for every unit needed to keep the civilians as safe as possible.
It’s saddening to see them penetrate their way into lemmy 😔

The speed of Linux is unmatched!
Ehhh Linux was rough around the edges for me in 2019 however today it’s really smooth and I use it all the time now. The same thing will happen with Matrix, it just takes time to build the foundation. Open-source projects always start out basic.
It’s worth using however the platform could use more refinements in terms of reliability and organization. As there’s an issue where sometimes people cant read encrypted group chat messages.
Truly the perfect emissary for VTC.
