That’s what I meant by the primary being worthless; the whole point of the primary is that everyone rallies behind the winner to not lose by splitting the vote, but that isn’t happening. It’s the latest finishing blow on a long list of finishing blows to the delusion that “vote blue no matter who” was ever anything more than a way to get the left to self-sabotage.
