I wasn’t able to watch the game so apologies if there isn’t an option on here that makes sense
I’m usually a Ridder hater but I thought he did pretty good against a great defense in the rain. He had some clutch 3rd down throws.
He didn’t have any turnovers against a jets defense with 12 interceptions and 12 FF with 7 recoveries. He did exactly what he needed to do against a strong jets defense.
Falcons won I could care less
It was obvious Arthur called a conservative game… I think he did okay given the weather conditions and the Jets D.
He didn’t make bad plays worse by turning it over and threw the ONLY TD pass in the game to a 3rd string TE, so I would say it was good, not great, but good on his part. Bad weather conditions made it more difficult for completions; also, the Jets defense is no pushover either.
On another note, if the run game was effective, I think it would’ve helped the passing game more.
Bad weather + That Jets defense. This game went as scheduled. As long as we got the W, no reason to kick Des back in this week.

Road game TD “in America” and a W.
It was an ok performance. The biggest thing he needed to do was not turn the ball over, and he managed that at least.
Good enough to win. No turnovers and some good throws on key downs along with a TD.
This game was brutal to watch. But it wasn’t bc of Ridder. Decent job against a tough defense in bad weather.
When “just don’t turn the ball over” is a celebration, you know the bar is low.
He audibled a few plays and should have gotten a few delay of game penalties.
He overthrew receivers that lost their matchups, luckily they were too far away to intercept.
He did throw a dime or two, though, and didn’t lose his cool
The guy completed 43% of his passes for 121 yards and one touchdown which is good for a passer rating of 70.1 and people are acting like it was somehow a decent game.
Said this in my last comment. It was a bad weather game against a good jets defense, so what I saw today was expected.
Good by his standards, but this offense has serious scoring problem. Not a good thing when your back up that got benched has three of the best scoring outputs for the season.
Bar is pretty low for Ridder, he didn’t turn the ball over at least. Obviously we could drastically improve at QB in the future hopefully. He has his overthrows and poor ball placement, made a few solid throws, offense ultimately not the reason we won this game. Average performance, Jets defense is good, could’ve been worse, but thankfully wasn’t, so kudos to that.
