It’s making fun of what boomers would find funny, so it’s kind of an intentionally shitty joke, and the meta humor is what they’re really trying for. The shitty non-meta joke is about boomers making a big meme out of millenials loving avocados too much. See here for some background on that:

Avocado Toast is a food featuring avocado fruit spread over bread. The term became a popular reference and in-joke for millennials after an article about millionaire Tim Gurner featured a quote from him saying he got rich by saving and not spending money on frivolous things such as avocado toast. Since the article, millennials joke about their poverty by referencing all the avocado toast they have supposedly purchased.

Not really, in order for it to be guac it needs added ingredients. Which added ingredients can change, but plain spread avocado isn’t guac.
you make a valid point. i have not tried mashing up the avocado without the onion, tomato, or pepper before. while i may be a monster, i’m not that type of monster.
