    I’m struggeling a little bit getting the local community started properly. There is a little interaction but most posts are mine and there are little to no comments.

    I am currently planning to invite more people I know to come and post stuff from our signal group chats to the lemmy community.

      Yeah, explicitly asking people to post can sometimes work. Sometimes newcomers are reluctant to post because they’re not sure if it’s encouraged, or if they should just “lurk”.

    Lemmy did help me grow a community, but 99% of our activity is over chat and not Lemmy posts.
