The American constitution is such an useless thing. The only thing explicitly protected is the right to own guns and that’s it. Anything else is for grabs.
And that protection was written for slavers to keep their property in line.
Nah, that’s not the only protected right, for instance there’s also Fugitive Slave Clause which requires any escaped slave to be captured and returned to owner regardless of where they escaped to (ie. even to “non-slave state”).
Yep, nothing in the constitution about women voting or any other topics, only that one thing.
