James Saunders, a 56-year-old former attorney for the Internal Revenue Service, did not mean to commit a crime when he cast ballots in both Cuyahoga County and Broward County, Florida, counties where he owns property and has been registered to vote since before 2009, his lawyer said during closing arguments Wednesday.
This is a chicken and egg problem.
They claim there is voter fraud, so they vote twice to counteract the voter fraud, which leads to claims of voter fraud.
I mean I guess it’s counteracting the vote fraud if they get caught and stripped of eligibility…
Except one side blames the entire other side for voter fraud with little to no evidence, while the other side just finds the individuals who commited voter fraud and blames them using the standard procedures.
In Delaware, they are wanting to let companies vote. If you own a company amd lived there, could you vote twice?
I can’t say as I’m surprised that anyone would propose such corrupt legislation, but I am still disappointed.
