      It’s basically happening with all ink printers, HP is just the worst offender. Laser printers, gotten cheap enough that even if print 2 pages per year it will be cheaper than paying to ink cartel.

        The less you print, lasers are cheaper. Inkjets dry out if not used. Laser printers don’t.

          Yes, but actual printer costs more, ink printers are going for 10-20$ these days since they make money from ink. But they pay for themselves over time, since a few ink changes will cover the cost of them.
