So much goes into understanding it. spoiler For those that havent seen the term, Tiered memes require knowledge of an earlier meme, the higher the tier the more memes go into it. In this case 1.scrat from ice age 2.the American police being trained to be afraid of everything 3.taylor Swifts jet 4.the actual event of the shooting In this meme though we’re referencing the Become Ungovernable, instead of Taylor swifts jet.
