Distributing is still illegal except for clubs which is where the red tape is.
You also can only grow 50g for yourself but if you harvest more from your plants it’s illegal to gift it to a friend
Not everyone wants to afford a 2-300€ growbox and not everyone has a balcony with enough light to grow themselves.
I hope it’s just growing pain with the legalization as the clubs could only apply to start last week.
Once the first ones get going there’s going to be a blueprint on how to do the same - it’s going to be interesting how the black market will look like in a year when they are established sources of good quality weed
Its a weed. You can put seeds in the ground anywhere and it will just grow.
Bro, I had my first grow and its more than that, especiay if you live in germany, even with southern balkony, when there is no sun it will kot grow.
I had 3 plants and they made 4g haha I thought its easy too…
You can’t plant it outside your flat as growing it where children could reach it is forbidden.
Also the weather is not stable and warm enough that it’s going to grow well without ideal sunlight on a balcony (windows are already blocking out too much energy)
I grew 2 plants on an east-facing balcony that only has 3 hours of sun before noon and moved the plants across the flat for afternoon sun through the windows.
Got less than 5 grams out of it - a friend that I shared the seeds with that used the same earth and pots but has a south-facing balcony got more than 10g from a single plant
Sure it’s a weed and won’t die easily but the harvest will not be great without good conditions
You’re asking Germans to do something before getting official permission from the bureaucracy.

It’s the first step of many to follow. Bavaria already “promised” to make it as tough as possible for the clubs to establish. They will now need to spread and root fast before the next (most probably rightwing / CxU) government can start to revert all that was achieblved.
