Small angry rant time, because I am furious.

Just had to submit proof of ID for a job application using the front camera of my tablet. How the FUCK am I supposed to get a clear image of my ID in some shitty small window on a Web browser where I have no control over camera focus, and have a shitty tablet camera anyway?

I can’t use my phone camera, I can’t email an image of my ID, I can’t upload a pre-taken image, and there is no alternative given. I literally cannot get a non-blurry image of my ID. It’s a complete fucking joke. I submitted it anyway and it will be rejected because it’s a blurry mess.

I won’t be able to move forward with this application because of this stupid bullshit. Backwards way of ID verification, this isn’t 2005 anymore.

it’s stressful. I’m preparing to move but need to travel the days before. i also don’t know where I can park my car at the new place because there’s a queue to parking spots. every day at work is a potential “international incident” waiting to happen but we’re still just doing business as usual. I can’t get myself to exercise even though i already paid for the membership. I spend all my free time doing nothing and then feeling bad about it.
