Earlier this week I put up the union’s first poster board at our production facility. With that the work that is starting to get a club up and running really kicks off. There are a lot of work to get done before we are there, but we will get there. First two things on the agenda is to send more members to the union’s three-day orientation course and get local union rep into various meetings the employer has. We have a law called Medbestämmandelagen (co-determing law) that gives the workers’ organisation large rights to insight into how the company is run.
