Please no Pete Carroll. He’s geriatric. I’d rather have Gruden 3.0 at that point.

I’m hoping for Carroll. He can build the culture for a few years and then we’ll be in a much better position to hire a premium coach once he retires. I don’t think there are many coaches better than him for turning a program around.
