If I’m understanding you correctly, I don’t think that’s the case. The Playlist has non-TV tracks (and a bunch of other tracks from other albums, some TV some not).
Oh then yeah, I’d say if Wildest Dreams is the TV and not the stolen version then that may be what they’re trying to do, otherwise yeah is this some sort of “I made a playlist and got the most likes” thing?
Because yeah I definitely see a clickbait aspect now with the new cover, trying to rope people in before it actually goes live
