One loophole that always seemed unfair to me is that I can’t cancel within 24 hours but the doctor/counselor/therapist/psychiatrist can cancel within 2 hours. When I learned this, if something came up and I needed a quick cancel, I’d use hard persuasion to get them to cancel for me if I had to.
