Americans have to take on the largest military in the world. Are you selling war planes that you can get to Florida without issue?

“americans” aren’t a regular army, they’re a dispersed civilian population and the us military historically actually has a lot of trouble with those

Absolutely. So, your solution is normal Americans declare war and wage irregular asymmetric warfare today. Against what? Our local government buildings? The post office? Commit sabotage against what exactly?

We are going to find out if we prefer the consequences of revolt or the consequences of not revolting more.

I disagree, not anymore anyway. Sure Vietnam was a wholesale loss. But while the US failed to institute a lasting democracy in Afghanistan, their KD is like 1:200. In 20 years of occupation they lost under 3000 troops. That is with logistics supplying the force on the other side of the world. That’s actually a crazy accomplishment and show of power.

While the military might not be able to “win” if they fully side with trump, America in for a long and bloody (mostly bloody for the civilians) occupation.
