That looks like a pretty sad turnout for such a big city, but I guess it is a Thursday and people don’t want to lose their jobs and health insurance and housing.
The turnout in SF didn’t seem great to me on the 19th either though I think there were maybe 2000-ish people. I protested in Redwood City today (much closer to home) and I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely seemed like several hundred people, and I got there around 6:15 PM so I might have been late to the party. We were at a busy intersection (not blocking traffic) and I’ve never heard so many car horns in my life.
