I’d have an international buffet with flags on the trays and slots to put your guess for the countries. At the end, each correct guess gets a prize from that country. Accompanied by international drinks, as well.

I’m gonna make butterbean and chorizo stew with part baked baguettes. Really easy and everyone loves it

I serve the guests.

I really like making mushroom caps with an escargot, garlic butter and cheese stuffing in each one. It’s usually a hit amongst the brave that are actually willing to eat slimy snails.
