    Wow he double-dipped.

    • Ukraine, 2004: Orange Revolution, with OSF [Open Society Foundation] and Western NGOs backing Viktor Yushchenko’s camp.
    • Ukraine, 2013-14: Euromaidan protests, leading to the fall of Yanukovych. OSF support went to independent media and NGOs.
