Leaky defense and the usual rigid structure that we have with our starting 11 was lost. Spurs players were easily dispossessed, there were many miss passes and we could not properly build.

That squad depth is the reason. It’s going to take more windows for Spurs to become serious title contenders imo (though most of us were only dreaming at best, not expecting to really charge). Long overdue rebuild that should have begun 4 years ago.

Deadwood defense consisting of Dier and Davies may turn out to be the end of this club for this season. Ange can’t trust these players with his tactics. You may say “the old Tottenham is back”, well guess who are the old Tottenham lol!

Wolves deserved the win. They played better than us for the most part.

That’s what happens you lose a few good players and things fall apart, it happened to Arsenal last year that’s why Arteta has changed the style of play so much so players aren’t missed as much.

Honeymoon period is over. Spurs essentially had an extended new manager bounce. Anyone who knows about footy knew it wouldn’t last. The season is 38 games not 10.

Wouldn’t say it’s just any old new manager bounce. Without the injuries and bookings the form would’ve likely continued

They have overperformed their xg, and their opponents have underperformed theirs. It wasn’t anywhere close to sustainable.
