They spent a fuckin billion in a year so poorly that people feel the need to point out “oh I think they will be there in 3 4 years”. They could have a guaranteed present as well as a more secure future if they were only a little bit wise when spending all that. Again one fucking billion! What the actual fuck Todd??
Maybe. Its easy to say that their young players will develop and fulfill their potential, but imo it’s currently such a hard place for players to develop. The atmosphere at the club is toxic, losing games kills confidence and there’s really only one experienced player who I feel has the ability to take others under his wing. And tbh I’m not seeing the individual development which suggests that the plan is working. Their plan could work, but I don’t think it’s definite they’ll be fighting for titles in 3-4 years. Also ffp could catch up to them.
