Love this park and love this beach. A short downhill trek takes you a fantastic rock collecting shoreline that also hosts a solid tide pooling section. Lots of large driftwood to spot as well abundant wildlife and I believe it has decent seasonal whale watching. Erosion is slowly winning the battle against several sections of the park unfortunately.

A group of Ochre Sea Stars awaiting the return of the tide. If you look closely, there is at least one purple one hiding/caught underneath the orange one.

‘Feed me Seymour!’ A sea anemone at the edge of the tidewater. I believe the one’s I saw were Starburst and not Aggregating as they seemed to all be solitary, but I could easily be wrong.

The active, but diminished landslide occurring at Agate beach. Overnight the night before I heard/felt a major addition to the slide occur from my nearby campsite. This whole park is slowly succumbing to erosion unfortunately.
