      Jarrad reminds a lot of John Stones when he played for us. Cool, collected defender with great technical ability. Comfortable on the ball and pushing into midfield. Looks like he’s been a starting CB for decades. And he’s playing alongside Tarkowski who is one of the most underrated CBs in the league. An experienced Branthwaite mentored by Tarkowski is going to be absolutely terrifying to play against in couple years.

    Micky Van De Ven, Destiny Udogie and Vicario. I thought they’d be good but I didn’t think they’d be just as vital for spurs as they have been. I’m especially surprised by Vicario, he looked just okay against Brentford but since that he has looked like the best keeper in the league (yes I know people may point towards Allison who has played better)

    ITT: people that don’t understand what “new PL player” means.

    Rice, Maguire, Palmer, Konsa etc are not new PL players. They are new signings but not new PL players.

    In the Pre Season and limited time we saw him play, Timber looked incredible. Hopefully when he comes back in January he’s back in form.

        Worse than Kaboul, Chiricheș, Cameron Carter-Vickers? Absolutely not. Dier and Davies aren’t world beaters but they’ve given a lot to club and Davies especially has done well

    Lots of good mentions here. I think Hojlund looks great. The team he’s in fails to get him good chances but if you player cam him you can see how good he is.

    Spurs keeper has been great too.
