I love that the Dude later goes to this guy’s performance (I’m not sure what it was) so he’s cool with the rent being late. It’s just a little mini-story that doesn’t really need to be there, but adds to the world of the Dude.

I never thought the Dude attended the dance quintet so that he would get something out of it. I always figured he was just a cool guy who did things like that when he knew it would matter to someone else in his life.
That’s how i took it too. Guy asked him to watch it, so the Dude abided.

I thought they were talking about Walter’s plan to confront the kid that stole the Dude’s car by calmly explaining what happens when you find a stranger in the Alps.
But yes, they did go to the In’N’Out Burger afterwards.

I do, thanks for the concern. I will be fine, a lot of other people won’t be. I worry a lot more for them than for me.
