Wouldn’t surprise me if instead of

“Wow if the Ev got 10 points deducted for their breach of ffp that sets quite a precedent for when city get all theirs”

    It’ll be

“Oh so a 10 point deduction across one season is just the new default punishment”

Should probably be 15 points per year for about 13 years really, but lawyers talk. Might have to reach a point where no home fans show up when City visit to get the point across

Premier League: “Man City are in substantial breach. Dock Everton a further 10 points. They need to be made an example of to ensure this never happens again.”

Honestly if they have City a 10 point deduction for all their seasons then I’d be fucking ecstatic. Sure I’d like more, but it’s better than the slap on the wrist most of us are expecting.

10 pts, spread over 10 seasons. Promise not to investigate further and the FA will ask Parliament to ignore all transactions with HSBC over the next decade.

After an appeal to the CAS, the 10 point reduction will be reduced to a £65,000 fine and playing their next League Cup match behind closed doors.

Except they almost always half the penalty on appeal so Everton will almost certainly get 5 points deducted no more.
