despite being owned by a state with which the UK has many interests economically will it be one of the cases that might go unpunished?

No! The Premier League values its own brand too much. Even if they could prove wrongdoing would they publically admit their product has been tarnished for all these years? Everton were a compliant easy target to make it look like they’re tough.

No possibility, they will get away with it and unfortunately people will continue to talk about them as one of greatest teams of all time. Even though they cheated blatantly

They allegedly paid their manager in 2010 or 2008 off the books as a consultant on £1.2M a year. Then there are also questions around 2 £15M sponsorship payments from 2010 or so. Then those charges compounded every year to become 115 breaches of finance rules. It’s really not as serious as predominantly the Man United, Liverpool and Arsenal fans are making it out to be.

I wonder why they might want titles stripping and City being demoted? It’s all about sporting fairness don’t you know, and the integrity of a league filled with hyper-rich multi-billionaire owners.

It’s much much more serious than you’re making it out to be. City had an unfair advantage. One that their owners covered up. Repeatedly. They deserve what’s coming to him

We are more likely to see the Epstein client list before we ever see Man City get actually punished for breaching FFP.

At this point Pep would probably love a cheeky points deduction!! If they won the league it would be one of his greatest achievements
