Mostly just playing devils advocate but do you think there is any issue with the ‘clear and obvious’ to overturn the on field decision in these circumstances where it may be the case that the on field ref doesn’t actually know what had happened and so avoids making a call?

If the ball isn’t out of play then it is a clear and obvious error though, right?
