Oldest football Cup competition in the world, not exactly a cakewalk to win with wild underdog stories coming out. It’s an impressive competition to win imo, meanwhile fans come out and say it’s hardly even a trophy and put it on the same level as the EFL Cup. Wtf?

    Not sure this is true.

    I think this is just due to the saturation of fans giving their opinions. They’re not going to cry into their beers, online. So they pretend to be pragmatic, and say something like “we can focus on the league”.

    But ask any fan who has just won it and you’ll see how much it is valued.
