Stay calm, do not yell and rush your speech. Speak in clear and concise tones. Not cursing, use of slang or use technically and professionally appropriate terms. Be clear who you are talking to and who is speaking. If you don’t have anything directly relevant to say shut up. Congrats you can now all work for PGMOL. Now where is my consultancy fee?
As someone who has worked in this environment the communication rules are not that complicated.
