Man, after watching The Chiefs & Eagles put on a great battle it really crystallized just how f-ing below mid our Falcons are.

I know teams rise and fall, and we are not a ‘heritage’ team but damn, The Falcons need a complete, systemic tear down and rebuild, and with our division in shambles now is the time.

Even IF we win the South, the Cowboys are going to drop 30+ on our D in our own stadium filled with their fans.

How is it The Braves and 5 Stripes have figured it out, with the Hawks not far behind, yet our pro-football team is just a buncha unused talent surrounded by ham & eggers.

    That’s what I don’t understand about our drafting concept we draft a bunch of “ highly skilled” offensive players instead of building up our defensive line. It is proven not to work in this league especially taking all these picks in the top ten. We haven’t had a decent d line in over a decade and it’s frustrating watching these top teams dominate defensively. We’ve made horrible draft choices bottom line and whether it’s Fontenot or Smith putting these decisions into place they both deserve blame. No top team drafts like this unless they have a top tier qb which we clearly don’t and it seems our current “rebuild” is already failing.
