Possibly these players are being asked to put team interests first in a way that involves some uncomfortable truths, and maybe some personal sacrifices, and there is a period where they’re not happy about it. In some cases the players will get over it and probably improve. In some they won’t and will leave. It was the same under SAF, it just gets forgotten.
