Aaahhhh yes and no one has ever cared about it until City started to be successful. Success really does have a way of bringing out the jealousy in others. I’m not a city fan so I guess I may be biased but seeing City become a top team hasn’t changed my opinion on the Arab states at all, not even 1 bit.
