I don’t mind Gary Neville as a pundit, he seems pretty switched on generally but his commentary during the game is so monotonous. Garnacho just got the goal of the century and Gary just sounds dull and unexciting. Just me?

I wonder if chelsea fans also hate how he ruined the English commentary of that Torres goal against Barca with his “goalgasm”.
That’s all I can think of regarding him on commentary. As a pundit, it’s nearly impossible to talk about United without coming off as whinging, especially when tasked with it weekly.
I do enjoy the overlap show bc they talk about a lot of guys like Schmeichel, Beckham, Saha Cantona who I’ve never had anything against and I’m a sucker for footy nostalgia. It’s been more about the people and less strictly United the team or club.
