Watching JP this episode knowing how it would end broke me. Damn sad. Thoughts on the episode?
Phillips is a good kid and great player. I hope he’s back better than ever next year and is a Dolphin for many years.
Mike McDaniel is genuine. He’s just a sarcastic millennial wandering around coaching an NFL team and even he can’t believe it, who can design a hell of an offense.
I liked summer hard knocks more
Get yall losing asses out of here
…when you had hope.
Learning that Mike McDaniel both got elbowed in the dick last week and will be getting a Woody style chain in his next contract was worth the price of admission.
It sucked seeing so much of JP being featured knowing what was going to happen.
Fight on, brother
Man. JPs anguish was palpable when the tears started rolling. It makes you appreciate how much these guys are putting on the line.
I bet the Patriots are preseason Hard Knocks favorites for next year. They were so good for so long, and ain’t no way Belichick would let cameras in unless he didn’t have a choice. This is probably the first time they’ve ever been eligible.
Probably, unless BB quits or gets fired and the Patriots have a new coach next season. I don’t think that’ll happen, but it’s not entirely out of the question. I don’t see him surviving another bad season though.
This season is so good. Heartbroken for JP, he is such a cool dude. I didn’t know about his injury history, absolutely devastating to see.
JP’s reaction to his injury hit me extra hard. I actually went through a huge leg injury last year and burst into tears just like he did when it happened. Wishing him a speedy recovery.
hard knocks got me crying in the club right now
It’s cool they didn’t abandon the all or nothing show and just did it with hard knocks
And they air it during the season instead of in June.
Is this episode not streaming yet?
It was streaming last night
I just realized you have to play it directly from the Max app. If you play it through a Max subscription via Prime or Hulu, it isn’t released yet
Brutal seeing JP go through that. He’s a very hardworking likeable young brother. Great episode
