    The speech he made on the floor kinda made sense…

    I think this guy is a criminal, who will get convicted, should probably just resign, and will eventually get kicked out, but all of the people who have been removed from Congress previously had convictions.

    It, imo is a dangerous precedent to set to start removing people without full-due process.

    That said ,I’m not really following his stuff they closely so maybe he’s had some level of due process within Congress that would warrant expulsion.

      Most people who have been charged with that many crimes have resigned before before it got to having them expelled.

        Haha I know. The Republicans are really exposing how much of our system is run on, precedence, and expectation ofgood faith.

        We really ought to put measures in place that are defined and have teeth. But I think in this case the measure would likely revolve around a conviction.
