Sadly, we live in a society.
Society would rather deny a rare super expert talent and shoot itself in the foot, than ever be tolerant…
Isn’t the profit motive, like, the main thing in capitalism!? And it’s not even a consumer-facing role even. They can’t even be profit-minded correctly wtf.
