Most people in the US didn’t realize there was even a US team in the World Cup at all. Any who thought they had a “real shot” are definitely in the minority, and they exist in every country.

They’re also trying to make Steam OS available to install on any PC, so any argument of “AlL tHeY tHiNk AbOuT iS pRoFiTs” goes out the door there. I think the only struggle right now is getting it to work with NVidia graphics cards or something.

Still though, I worry that a lot of people are going to be tricked into thinking it’ll be one thing, give money (once they’re actually taking money), and be deceived. Keeping my eye out, just in case, and hopefully others are keeping an eye on it, too.

If they do solidify it being owned by the people like how they’re advertising, that’s awesome and I’m in.
