100%. I use the camera probably once every three to four months while I’m using my headphones through my phone at least a couple hours a day. I’d be much happier just using a dedicated camera when I needed it than either fuck around with an adapter or be locked to wireless headphones .

I enjoy all the benefits that the cord provides and will choose corded over wireless 99 times out of 100. I find the disadvantages of a cord dramatically easier to deal with than the disadvantages of wireless.

All the stories of people complaining about wire troubles as apologists for cell phone manufacturers read like scenes from an infomercial.

I’d gladly take a phone without a camera before I took one without a headphone jack.

This really upsets me and periodically bums me out. I used to like trawling through the top lists to see the various games that were on mobile. This is back in like 2011-2013. Typically monetization was either a free/premium version split, or an energy system. Now it’s beyond 99% garbage with 99% of the last 1% being ports. The 1 of 1? Slice and Dice, that game rocks.

This is a good saying and sometimes true, but mental illness is usually a forever problem. I don’t say that to disparage it either; depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and internalized abuse fucking suck and it takes a while to tear down the self preservation instinct to the point where an ending can seem appealing, even if just for a moment.

I don’t know how plausible this is, but a way for trans men and trans women to exchange sexual traits. There might be an answer elsewhere in that there are animals that can change sex in certain conditions so there is some biological evidence of possibility in a singular case. However it seems anti-poetic that we have genetic females who want to be genetic males and genetic males who want to be genetic females and the answer that we currently have as society is for them to go fuck themselves.

Because it is quite hard, especially to get momentum going and OP should be proud of the achievement.

To add to what everyone else is saying, the combat isn’t the same in that it’s not turn based like you’re thinking. Fights involve everyone getting into a fracas at once and swinging, the game expecting the player to regularly pause to give specific commands. Also, in BG1 you start at level one which feels reeeeeally weak so fights will be quite difficult until you’re about level 3-4.

That said, I had a lot of fun with the game after I got used to it. Writing is the main star of the show and it’s quite good.

Let’s put a cap on how much excess energy the body can store as fat. Sure, some amount is fine and has a number of uses, but just let me poop some excess calories out. I’d only need more if I were to hibernate.
