I like using both
I like using both
omg I have one of those too! it doesn’t get much use because it’s… well you have one
I use both reddit and lemmy and for the most part, I’ll see similar or the same articles shared/posted on both platforms. I don’t mind, it actually makes me feel like one day Lemmy might grow enough to the point where I use reddit less and less.
using multiple platforms I see the same users from time to time but I never really cared about who’s posting or commenting
we’re fiiinnneeeee. could be better
ohh yea that sounds awesome /s
that’s a good point! one day I’ll get around to making a proper backup
I do have a backup! I just use 4 HDD in raid 1, two separate data pools. so far works great, I’d love to upgrade them from 8tb to 16th one day but for my needs I’m ok for now
you know where shows and movies never get deleted from? my home server 🏴☠️
man you weren’t kidding hahah. I appreciate everyone’s replies but I’ll definitely just leave Mint on there for now. I didn’t get past the install process when it asked about connecting to a Wi-Fi network. I did some commands but couldn’t find any networks, I think maybe a driver issue with my Wi-Fi adapter? ohh well
I still have the USB install drive if I’m feeling adventurous! and you’d be correct, I have little knowledge of Linux, I’ve only messed with a few simple distros like PopOS, Ubuntu, Mint, and another one I’m forgetting. I can’t even get Steam to start up on my Mint distro haha
whoa whoa whoa
slow down there Karl Marx /s
alright, time to wipe my Mint test/fun build and try out Arch. I don’t do much with Linux but it’s gonna be fun getting back into it. Who doesn’t love the smell of a fresh OS install
last time I was messing around with Linux on a second machine I think I installed Mint. it was fine 🤷🏻♂️
good thing I use redacted in Firefox and apps that are cracked like redacted
Oh shit thank you!
*dicless
ps6 gonna be discless
my friends play it.
it’s not really related but when I think about being a “man” this quote from Pip (South Park) comes to mind
“Well, I’ve certainly learned a lot. That being a gentleman doesn’t mean learning to dance, or proper table manners. It means being a gentle man. Gentle to everyone.”
thank you for reminding me to rewatch those movies
big Pete why are you so BIG
