How much more pain can the US economy really withstand? I keep hearing about the mismanagement and how costly their mistakes have been (the Iran war, overspending on AI compared to China, the US debt, etc.)
I keep hearing over and over that they are messing up, but when will their economy actually collapse? This might sound ignorant I’m sorry. I genuinely don’t understand how they are still alive
Keep in mind that the people against AI are usually very vocal about it, while the ones who use it stay quiet
Because of that, it’s easy to get the wrong impression about how most people actually feel

And Russia is often not considered European simply because it’s fighting the West for resources… for the exact same reason Latin America is excluded from the ‘‘West’’ despite its culture

The violence we see today has nothing to do with culture clashes or a lack of evolution… it’s driven by inequality. And the state wasn’t created to solve coordination problems, it emerged from inequality to protect those who had too much
Yeah… people forget that ancient humans survived through cooperation long before states existed and the fights they did have were mostly just over territory and resources. Not some deep evil ‘‘human nature’’
