If Reddit keeps going the same way Twitter seems to be, then there won’t be a Reddit app for much longer.
They be waiting to spend £50 on games they will never play to fill up your steam library.
Always good to have more content on Lemmy, keep up the good work.
They need glasses leave them alone
Tons
Maybe if the remaining users that are still on twitter need to jump ship just to really set in stone the amount of user drop off they might have. That or upload tones of photos and videos to try and overload there servers.
It was alright I guess the first week, but really the big part that interested me was the Fediverse, and I really do hope people jump off Threads to come use other platforms.
Some might not and I wish Meta goes by there work and does Fediverise to allow those users to use the wider Fediverse
Engaging isn’t that bad, I guess it depends on what people are posting as well as what sort of comes from it.
I would say it depends on what your community is about, If it’s a topic that could get a good amount of users flow to it you’d probably have a lot of work on your hands and might need to add another mod or something but if it’s that unique maybe only a few people would use it, I wouldn’t bother with the mods and just run it yourself.
That sounds so cool, why didn’t it get transferred over?
Guessing they just try and post as much as possible to get there post numbers up lol
It’s a lot of Info but knowing it’s planning on using the Fediverse is pretty cool, Glad that everyone should be able to use there own platform / application that they prefer using. Sure a lot of people might end up using Threads due to it being ‘Main Stream’ but if people on things such as Lemmy & Masterdon can access all the features that Threads and other platforms are wanting to add in, then I see this as a win.
We all do, it’s the annoying thing about the sale by the time the next one comes around we haven’t even got through one of the games let alone all of them.
