6·2 days agoI don’t see how lasik could possibly be a cost savings. I’ve gotten fairly nice glasses for $150 without insurance. I’ve gotten glasses for less than that with insurance.
One pair of glasses can last a long time if you take care of them (and if your eyes don’t get worse).
LASIK isn’t a permanent solution and eventually you’ll need glasses again.
It really depends on what’s wrong with your eyes. Glasses or contacts are probably the best method (in terms of safety, reliability, and cost) for the most common problems, but I’m guessing if you are asking this question that either won’t help your case or you aren’t happy with them.
This is the first time I saw the full video and I have to say - that cardboard “GameBoy” is a lot more clever than I expected!
When I was like 7, I put a bunch of legos in one of these and they melted. I was able to put them into the top because the lamp was next to the stairs.
Yes the same cables will fit. There are adapters to help you with physicallly mounting the smaller drive in the bigger space
6·5 days agoThe toxins are concentrated around the eyes so if you cut them out thoroughly enough and it’s just barely sprouted it’s probably fine.
If you don’t cut them out or it’s very thoroughly sprouted you will be more likely to get sick.
It also depends on how sensitive your stomach is.

1·7 days agoThe mathematical definition of a chaotic system is that you can find two paths that will eventually diverge to be arbitrarily different. But eventually is a keyword. Two very similar paths can and will progress very similarly for a long time.
Trump’s impact is recent enough it probably wouldn’t make me unborn. There’s a good chance removing Hitler would change things though.

A collection of older and therefore smaller games. A bunch of music in mp3 (or maybe something like AAC or OPUS). A bunch of ebooks. A handful of my favorite TV shows and/or movies heavily recompressed, like maybe 720p.
Allowed. It would be more complicated to define what “compressed not allowed” means. A png file uses compression. Most videogames include compressed assets. Uncompressed video is basically unheard of.

You missed one big downside of using a VPN: many websites and services will block you even if you are using them 100% legitimately just because they don’t want to trust any traffic coming from a VPN.
