As nice as the Ducati is, I was speaking to a guy yesterday who dailyed his Z900 and rated it extremely highly. The Scrambler has its own appeal though…

I made this last week, from this recipe, and it was delicious. My other half also enjoyed it and was nonplussed when I told her where I’d got the recipe from. Only amends I can suggest, is to quickly stir-fry the veg in sesame oil and add some scrambled egg. Would make again.
