Oh yeah, can’t wait
Signal is okay as much as privacy is concerned, but it doesn’t solve all the problems with communications in real world. For instance its centralized design means it can be easily blocked, a private Matrix server on the other hand will not even make it on the radar.
I haven’t, but neither have I met any morden media content can’t be consumed comfortably with an above 1000nits rated, Dolby certified TV. Maybe I’ll have that movie a go, depending on whether it has a proper reproduction.
A better TV/monitor, rarely is the scene actually too dark.
To comment on your last question. In theory, yes it can, but practically it will be as tricky as Google’s method. It will be much more user-friendly for end-user though, you just have to ask “Is the housing market about to burst? fediverse top posts” and I would imagine the results will be pretty relevant.
Since most Lemmy instances won’t come loaded with Google analytics, solely relying on Google crawlers I would imagine will be very ineffienct at gathering all the posts and comments.
I probably won’t, the last video game I played was Minecraft, I can’t imagine myself surviving such harsh environment.
I do not understand how there is no mention of the fediverse.
I’ve been using replit to host some small projects, it’s a real pain as replit is so heavily relied on nix packages.
Nitter all the way
Huge red flag, I always think France as one of the most free country, I’m so wrong.
It really should be put inside the settings section
