Watching the republicans cry on Twitter is the best part about this
They’re all saying it’s the Democrats trying to silence the truth and how they are knocking at his door trying to take his business and how it’s unfair

The leftist that lives rent free in your head probably did, not one leftist in the real world (where there is grass and trees) has said this
In jail: his body, their choice.
WHY THE SAD FACE
the problem is its easier to use because there is virtually no federation. Ive yet to see a user thats not from the flagship bsky.social instance
Wait I can get drunk on bananas? I knew they were radioactive or something but damn!! Well… In both cases one would probably die of banana over consumption before even starting to feel the symptoms of the radioactivity or alcohol contents but still
Pretty cool. I think that means Pass is cheap AF for them run to consider doing this worth it. Or maybe it is more like a loss-leader like Costco’s 1$ hotdogs to get people in their ecosystem
The only reason that I (and I suspect many many other people) pay for it is because of the value proposition of not having ads on Youtube + Youtube Music for slightly more than Spotify. They better be careful about their subscriptions because their service is also available for free. If I feel like im being ripped off, instead of them getting 12$ a month they will get 0$ and I will still get to use the service. It’s different from Netflix in that in their case there is no free tier to go back to.
Stay with ubuntu unless you have an issue with ubuntu itself, because the grass isn’t greener on the other side despite what some people might say. The only real difference that you’ll find are different default settings/programs and the time it takes for a software update to reach your final linux install.
Some distros like Ubuntu prefer slightly older versions that have been proven to be stable/bug free while others like Arch mostly go for the newest everything where available, at the cost of stability. If you like something a little bit more balanced, you have Fedora (which is my preference).
The beauty of Linux is that most software will work no matter the distribution you use. If the reason you want to use Linux Mint instead of regular Ubuntu is the desktop environment, you can at any time install the Cinammon desktop (the one used by Mint), here’s an article that guides you through the process: https://itsfoss.com/install-cinnamon-on-ubuntu/
/s just in case

banks will do everything in their power to restrict who can use their services in the name of security but are absolutely fine with 6-char password size limits and SMS 2FA
Because they are all worse than google in many areas, especially for local results
Surely that will solve the problems of the youth on social media. Not like there are any 12 year olds on 13+ social networks today anyways.
Oh of course, the apple chips are faster, and this is likely a combination of more efficiency thanks to the newer process node and apple being able to optimize the chips and power draw much better because they make everything. Apple can also afford to use larger chips because they make a profit on the entire computer, not just the processor itself.
Exactly, the apple chips excel at low power tasks and will consume basically nothing doing them. It’s also good for small bursty tasks, but for long lived intensive tasks it behaves basically the same as an equivalent x86 chip. People don’t seem to know that these chips can easily consume 80-90W of power when going full tilt.
When the stock market doesn’t perform as much as a fundamental need
Oh yeah that’s true as well. Like it’s more accepted when a 60 year old dates a 50 year old than when a 30 year old dates a 20 year old. It’s the same gap, but more frequently seen. That’s the thing with cumulative numbers!! The more they go up the smaller the ll% difference in
